Everything Fleet is a Southeast Queensland based subscription service provider that operates one of the most extensive fleet ranges in the industry. It caters for both private and business clients.
How it Works
Customers must:
- be 18 and over and have at least a valid Provisional P2 licence. Underage Surcharge Applicable 18-20 year old
- have no criminal convictions in last 5 years
- have no history or suspensions or cancellations of any driver’s license within the last 5 years
- not been bankrupt at any point in the last 7 years
- have no speeding fines or at fault accidents in last 12 months
- have no insurance refusal or claims in the last 5 years.
You choose a vehicle, the plan and the minimum subscription period you would like. This ranges from 30 days to 90 days. There is a wide variation in the price points of the vehicles based on your minimum period, the number of times you want to switch your car and the kilometres you wish to do.
Regardless of the subscription plan you choose; the following items are included:
- CTP Insurance
- Vehicle Registration
- Bumper-to-Bumper Warranty
- Roadside Assistance
- Servicing & Maintenance
- Brakes, Tyres & Battery
- Depreciation
You complete a sign-up process where a credit check is performed. The results of this check determine the amount of your refundable security deposit.
You can arrange to collect the vehicle from Brisbane, the Gold Coast or Sydney, or for an additional fee you can have it delivered.
Cost and Fees
You pay an annual membership fee of $275.00 and depending on your credit check, a refundable security deposit may be required. This deposit can range from $500+ depending on the vehicle category.
After this, the monthly cost depends upon which of the plans you choose:
- Flex Essentials: from $198 per week – a 90-day minimum term and vehicle swaps are payable at $250 per swap.
- Flex Everyday: from $224 per week – a 60-day minimum term, includes a free swap every 3 months and a monthly vehicle wash.
- Flex Premium: from $239 per week – a 30-day minimum term, includes free swaps monthly and a weekly vehicle wash.
The kilometre allowances are tiered, at 315km, 420km and 525km per week respectively, with any excess charged at $0.33 per km across all three plans.
‘Kilometre boost packs’ are available for an additional fee, if your driving is likely to exceed the allocated allowance.
While CTP insurance is included, there is an excess that is charged for any accidents/incidents. This excess can be reduced with an optional charge at the time of booking.
Once a car has been booked and the customer has signed all relevant documentation, payments are taken every 14 days to keep individual charged amounts low.

Everything Fleet offers a wide range of new, near new or used vehicles. Brands include Nissan, Kia, Subaru, Isuzu, Fuso, Renault, Mercedes Benz, Tesla, Toyota, Mini, Ford, Hyundai, Mitsubishi, Mazda.
The range caters for all needs, from entry level vehicles to high-end sports cars.
Notice Periods
Customers can cancel their subscription at any time, as long as their minimal term has been served. With flexible terms from 1 month there is usually an option suitable for every customer.
