OUR STORY
From humble beginnings comes great things
We are an independently owned and operated Australian company, supplying customized vehicle solutions to our clients wherever they may be across Australia.
At 22 years of age, Keith Alexander started working at Thrifty Car Rentals, washing vehicles at the Surfers Paradise branch. Years later, Keith took the opportunity to purchase the company (Jonday Holdings) with the von Bibra Group, starting off with 4 locations, 15 employees and 400 vehicles.
Decades later, this dynamic partnership became the fastest-growing car rental franchisee in the Thrifty network, proudly winning the Large Franchise of the Year Award, followed up by the coveted contract to supply over 1800+ vehicles for the Commonwealth Games. By 2020, having 42 locations, 150 employees, and close to 4,000 vehicles on fleet, Jonday had built a strong foundation satisfying its client’s diversified needs and remaining agile to market conditions.
Nevertheless, all good things must come to an end. In 2021, the master licence for Thrifty (and thereby our franchise for the brand) ended, and we therefore turned our mind to the future.
Having built Jonday as a company that prided itself on possessing the capability of a big corporation with the versatility of a small family-feel business, Keith realized there was a gap in the market for a trusted, transparent and accountable name in vehicle solutions – hence, Everything Fleet was founded.
Headquartered in Southport, Jonday is proud of its humble beginnings. Our point of difference has always been the ‘Jonday way’ which was cultivated over many years through hard work and the building of long-term relationships.
With a wealth of experience in fleet management Jonday looks forward to the changing face of the industry. We stand by our heritage of delivering innovation with the highest quality service standards and are committed to grow month after month, year after year, under our new brand – Everything Fleet.
