Pickup and drop off very easy. The girls on (31ausgust) who look after the handover key booking etc was excellent. The guy with a very friendly customer service (1september). Definitely be back again with Everything Flat Car Rental. Highly recommended.

We were then and to drop our rental down in Sydney, where they organized a shuttle to drop us off. Super easy, and really well priced. Everyone was super friendly to deal with. Definitely recommend.

September 29, 2024I've rented from this place three times now, and that alone says a lot. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the cars are clean, reliable, and well-maintained. They offer great value for the price, with a solid range of vehicles to choose from. Each time, I chose the Mystery Car option. The first time, I got a hybrid—great surprise! The second time, the car wasn’t quite what I was expecting or ideal for the kind of trip I had planned. But the third time, it was a good surprise again. As the name suggests, it really is a mystery—it can go either way—but overall, it’s been a mostly positive experience. And with the deals they offer for the mystery option, it's definitely worth a shot. One tip: if you're booking through a third-party website, I highly recommend getting full coverage directly at the branch. In case of any incidents, it's much easier to deal with everything that way. Highly recommend if you're looking for a hassle-free and budget-friendly rental experience!
