Huge thanks to the team at Everything Fleet on the Gold Coast — especially Renee and Mark! When we arrived, it turned out the third-party booking agent had made a mistake and reserved the wrong type of vehicle. Mark, who picked us up, quickly flagged the issue and got the ball rolling straight away. Renee then took over and was absolutely amazing — she contacted the agent directly, explained the situation clearly, and worked with her manager to get it all sorted quickly and smoothly. Their teamwork and professionalism made what could’ve been a stressful experience completely hassle-free. Five stars all the way — highly recommend!

Fantastic experience with Everything Fleet. Friendly staff and a brand new car. The wait for the shuttle from Gold Coast airport was only a few minutes, and the same for the return journey. Will def use again.
