The people at the counter were very nice at both times when I picked up the car and dropped it off. The shuttle to go to the rental car shop from the airport, I waited about 35 minutes since I called them for the first time. I called one more time after I waited about 25 minutes but lady at the phone was really nice at both times. One thing I was a bit disappointed about was that I booked a Subaru hybrid car, but the car they rented me was not hybrid. When I booked the car, I picked Intermediate SUV Hybrid and it said Subaru Crosstrek Hybrid so even if they don’t have Subaru one ready on that day, I expected a different hybrid car.

August 4, 2025I am very pleased with the service. The handover was quick, and the shuttle bus to and from the airport was a breeze. There was only one slight hiccup, but it didn’t dampen my holiday. I didn’t receive the vehicle I booked.

Pleasure to deal with you and thanks for the laughs. Michael, on shuttle duty, is a stand-out, top-notch bloke and Everything Fleet are lucky to have him as the first and last impression people get to have of the business. Obviously highly thought of by his coworkers and why wouldn't he be; such a lovely personality and great conversationalist. Begining and ending time in Brisbane with such good energy is the way to go. Thank you, Michael and team for looking after us and see you lot again in a few months when we're back in town.
